Bright Needy Students is a program launched in Kigezi to reimagine the academic future of bright needy students. It is a a sonsorship program targeting 50 needy students who passed well at their primary Living examination but from vulnerable households who cannot afford to pay for them to join high school.
The ten-year program will (with the help of sponsors and partners) give the needy students school fees and logistics to keep them in school and give them a feeling that their future is something that can be bright and beautiful.
The project is assisting bright needy students who excel at their primary leaving certificate level in Kigezi region to further their education and be able to change their destiny.

Needy Child Centre Uganda is primarily funded through donations from individuals, organizations, and companies. They also rely on grants and fundraising events to support their programs.

Alongside education (school fees), you can support with uniforms and supplies, healthcare services such as medical treatment and access to medication, and shelter support such as providing housing and food to homeless children.
We provide education, healthcare, shelter, and other basic needs to children who are living in poverty are orphaned, or have been affected by conflict or illness. Every effort counts for the good of our people.
A future where every bright needy student in Kigezi has the opportunity to pursue quality education, regardless of her financial background, and is empowered to become a leader in her community.
